I had to figure this out, whenever you choose acharacter, press square to choose the originalcharacter (original color) (I figured it out bypressing square every time, and every time I gotthe original, so if you like to battle as theoriginal, I'd use this hint, well, I already did,but whatever, just use it if you want ok?)

Choose first character and choose partner heroesselect second partner then press hold L1 and X onthe vs. screen choose your second character andthen press hold L1 on the vs. screen again changefirst character.

Beat the game with MegaMan and when you beat themaster you will get a picture showing that MegaManlearned a move called Magnetic Wave.

Successfully complete the game with Rockman. Then at the character selectionscreen, highlight Rockman, hold Select and press any button. Press Down,Down/Back, Back + 2P during a match to execute Rockman's Magnetic Shockwave move.This will take a level from your gauge.

Successfully complete the game with Chun Li or Shadow Lady. Then at the specialpartner selection screen, highlight Iceman and press Down.

Successfully complete the game with Onslaught. Then at the special partnerselection screen, highlight Colossus and press Down.

Select your characters, then hold L1 until the match begins to switch the secondcharacter you chose with the starting fighter.

At the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Ryu, then hold Selectand press any button. When the game begins, Ryu will be able to do all of Ken'smoves.

At the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Ryu, then hold Start andpress any button. When the game begins, Ryu will be able to do all of Akuma's(Gouki) moves.

At the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Zangief, then holdSelect and press any button.

Successfully complete the game with any character under any difficulty setting.Then at the character selection screen, highlight Wolverine and press Down. PressSelect during the match to fight with his second form (Big Onslaught). Thisenables you to learn and control Big Onslaught's moves.

Successfully complete the game with the Hulk on any difficulty setting. Then atthe character selection screen, press Up at the top middle of the screen. Note:The unlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Successfully complete the game with Venom on any difficulty setting. Then at thecharacter selection screen, press Up at the top left corner of the screen. Note:The unlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Successfully complete the game with Chun Li on any difficulty setting. Then atthe character selection screen, press Down at the bottom left of the screen.Note: The unlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Successfully complete the game with War Machine on any difficulty setting. Thenat the character selection screen, press Up at top right corner of the screen.Note: The unlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Successfully complete the game with Mega Man on any difficulty setting. Then atthe character selection screen, highlight Mega Man and press Right. Note: Theunlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Successfully complete the game with Morrigan on any difficulty setting. Then atthe character selection screen, press Down at the bottom center of the screen.Note: The unlocked character can be saved to a memory card.

Highlight the 'Options' selection at the main menu, then hold Select and pressStart. The EX menu allows the hyper combo gauge, vitality recovery speed, andhuman/CPU controls for players one and two to be set.

Press START at the title screen. When the main menu appears, highlight 'Option', press and hold SELECT and then press START. The 'EX' option will appear and youll be able to choose your vitality, recovery speed, a full hyper combo gauge and more.

Successfully complete the game with Rockman. Thenat the character selection screen, highlightRockman, hold Select and press any button. PressDown, Down/Back, Back + 2P during a match toexecute Rockman's Magnetic Shockwave move. Thiswill take a level from your gauge.
